Eastside Rail Now! will hold its next public meeting on Tuesday, October 21 in Room 1 at the Bellevue Regional Library in downtown Bellevue. Informal discussion starts from 6:30 p.m., and the main agenda begins at 7:00 p.m.

Among the topics to be discussed are:

1. Recent developments with regard to the Eastside railroad.

2. The outlook for Proposition 1 and how it could affect the Eastside railroad.

3. Possible lessons to be learned from the new Sprinter DMU rail line near San Diego.

Everybody who is interested in improving transportation on the Eastside, protecting our environment, and increasing the accountability of government is invited to participate.
